Free School Meals

Free School Meals Application Form

To apply for Free School Meals you will need the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Address including Postcode
  • Your Date of Birth and National Insurance number
  • The full names of your children
  • The Date of Birth of your children
  • The name and address of their school

If the school is not in the Bradford District you should make an application for free school meals to the local authority where the school is located.
This application should be made by the person receiving the qualifying benefit.
What happens when you submit your application?

  • We will check your eligibility via a secure government website and confirm if you are eligible or not immediately
  • If you are eligible we will confirm your details to your child's school
  • If we cannot confirm your eligibility today you can contact us if you still feel you should be eligible. There will be more details at the end of the this form
