Early Years Pupil Premium Online Checker

If your child is accessing their free early education place and is eligible, they could help their childcare provider or school claim up to £570 of additional funding. This money will help provide activities and new equipment to benefit your child. You can use the online checker to see if you're eligible or see the list below.

For your child's school or early years setting to claim the funding you must be in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:

• Income Support
• Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• Guaranteed Element of State Pension Credit
• Universal Credit, and household income is less than £7,400 a year after tax, not including benefit payments
• Child Tax Credit (provided you're not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of less than £16,190)
• Working Tax Credit run on paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit.
• Support under Part Vi of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 or if your child is currently being looked after by a local authority in England or Wales, Or they have left care in England or Wales through, an adoption order, a special guardianship order or a child arrangements order
